Butterflies are delicate delightful creatures. I love using the Butterflies Thinlits with a variety of stamp sets.
In this case I stamped the lower portion and left side of the front panel in smokey slate and a bit of splotches in wisteria wonder with stamps from the Timeless Textures stamp set. The sentiment came from the One Big Meaning stamp set. The large butterfly was cut from wisteria wonder card stock using the Butterflies Thinlits.
One of my favorite stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! has retired — By the Tide. These images show a box I created that will hold a set of four to six cards and five of the many cards that I made with the stamp set.
This simple birthday card was created using designer series paper with balloons (reverse side coordinating dots) from the now retired packet called, Birthday Bouquet, lace ribbon and mint macaron card stock. The sentiment was from the stamp set Birthday Blooms by Stampin’ up!
Image a very simple greeting card created using designer series paper with flowers (reverse side coordinating dots), 1/8 pink ribbon and pink card stock. In this case I used “Thank You” for the sentiment.
Oh my! While developing this new website (http://StampingWithLindaG) this morning I inadvertently erased my Stamping With Linda G which had been housed on a different website. Boo, Hiss, Bug Juice, etc.!
I generally pride myself on being well backed-up. Notice that I said generally. My Blog, Stamping With Linda G, was not backed-up anywhere. Boo, Hiss! The worst part of it all is that some of the images had been linked by others on Pinterest sites.
It will take me a day or two to get this blog up and running again, and I’ll do my best to recreate some of the old blogs and, of course, post new messages and images.
